Public bug reported:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Boot from Knot-3 Live CD (desktop CD)
2. Press F2 and select "Spanish - Español"
3. Press F3 to make sure keyboard "Spanish - Español" is selected (this step is
optional).
4. Start Ubuntu.
5. Go into GNOME, and the keyboard is in English instead of Spanish (no dead
keys, no ñ, ç, ¿, ¡ keys, and so on...).
6. If you go to System -> Preferences -> Keyboard Preferences, into the
"Layout" tab, you can see that "English" is the only layout selected. If you
remove the English layout and add the Spain layout, then the keyboard works
perfectly in Spanish.
This problem is NOT in other Live CD releases (Dapper, Breezy, Hoary and
Warty).
** Affects: xkeyboard-config (Ubuntu)
