Have ubuntu 9.04
Western Digital External harddisk (my book)
laptop: dell inspiron 1420
Steps to reproduce:
--------------------------
1. Connect the external hard disk (my book) to ubuntu
2. Close the lid of the laptop and ubuntu will hibernate (power management)
3. Take out the usb cable of the external hard disk
4. Now, open the lid of the laptop
defect:
Ubuntu reboots
expected result:
-------------------------
Ubuntu should not reboot, but it would ask password to unlock the laptop and
give access to previously accessed data/applications just prior to hibernation
** Affects: gnome-power-manager (Ubuntu)
Importance: Undecided
Status: Incomplete
