Public bug reported:
the weather report applet does not give weather for Victoria, British
Columbia, Canada. The applet allows the selection of this city, but
cannot access the weather data. To replicate:
1. put the report report icon in the panel
2. select preferences from the right click menu
3. select Victoria, BC, Canada (mine defaults to Ottawa, and gives the weather
for that location)
4. the updating icon appears, but no data is ever displayed.
I have noticed this problem over the course of many months, so I do not
believe it is a temporary issue.
