So, I downloaded compiz-config-manager and compiz... it looks like it
would be a great addition to either window management or accessibility.
Either as a new feature to window resizing or as a new standalone
plugin... People with linux GUI design experience should be able to make
a good decision about where to put a new feature like this. So,
basically it would allow us to resize without using super keys by having
an "imaginary" region around the window that allows us to resize it by
normal mouse click and drag operations when not over the "official"
border of the window.
