Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

When replying to a message, the original is not quoted in the reply. The
line "On ... at ..., ... wrote:" appears, but no quoted text follows.

This only happens when:
 * The message being replied to has an HTML part.
 * The HTML Mode preference (Edit > Preference → Mail Preferences → HTML
Messages → HTML Mode) is "Show plain text if present" OR "Only ever show plain
text"

If the HTML Mode is "Show HTML if present", or the original message was
plain text only, the reply contains a quote of the original.

This bug was not present in the version of Evolution in Ubuntu 10.04,
i.e. it is a regression.
