Kornelix, thanks for your quick reply and for keeping an eye on fotoxx bugs on Launchpad (not all app developers do)
I assumed you used a standard GNOME dialogue, but curiously, there seem to be 2 different dialogue boxes in play: GIMP, OpenOffice and Totem, for example, work fine with samba shares, whereas some applications (like fotoxx) just don't show them. As an end user I can't tell what causes the difference except that there is something "funny" going on...? -- Fotoxx samba share access 32 bit like Geequie https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/617892 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is subscribed to gvfs in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
