Public bug reported:
i use xcompmgr under gnome without any problems, but if try to logout
(menu: system->logout), the screen freezes. No more action is possible,
excepted kill xserver with "ctrl+alt+backspace". The bug exists in gnome
2.16.0 too. no log (untill now) found.
