Public bug reported:
System -> Administration -> Login Window
Click Security Tab , Click Configure X server
Click "X" in top right of Form does not close Form as tooltip suggests.

Help button does not provide assistance with this feature - it merely
opens to "Gnome Display Manager Reference Manual".
