Public bug reported: Installation of the Consolas font (truetype font), the font does not work properly.
I could not install the font via drag-and-drop to fonts:///, had to paste it on the /usr/share/fonts/truetype. Even thought, It did not render correctly (I got overlapping characters). For It to work, I had to place on the ~/.fonts directory. I'm sure this is not a problem of the font, as it works on windows and previews nicely when you double click it.
