Public bug reported:
I'm unable to create a new empty file on the desktop using the desktop
context menu in Edgy. I can create a new folder and a starter, but not
an empty file. It sais I don't have write permission, but I permissions
tab for my Desktop folder sais I do. And I cannot create files inside
the folders I create... I can delete existing files on the desktop.
