The yelp viewer's interface is unreadable, with all menus and UI
elements in Unicode characters that I don't even have a font for. I've
checked language settings, and there are no languages but English
installed, and this happens on all my computers.
For example, the help menu is labelled:
U+10463 SHAVIAN LETTER HA-HA
U+10467 SHAVIAN LETTER EGG
U+10464 SHAVIAN LETTER LOLL
U+10450 SHAVIAN LETTER PEEP
