- Starting with version 2.31.91-0ubuntu2, my CRT monitor starts with a

refresh rate of 60 Hz (overriding the 75 Hz set in xorg.conf). Using
nvidia-settings to manually set it back to 75 Hz works, but after
restarting gnome-settings-daemon it's back to 60 Hz.
Running g-s-d with --debug shows following when starting the xrandr
plugin:
