Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gedit

In a gedit document with a bottom scrollbar, with multiple tabs open,
unintended side effects occur.

WHILE dragging the bottom scrollbar, right-clicking will switch the
current document over to the tab which is directly over the mouse.

The mouse pointer is at the bottom of the window, nowhere near the tabs.

This is reproducible every time. Create a document and open another new
tab. Insert enough random characters to make the bottom scrollbar
appear.

Start dragging it, and when your mouse is underneath a different tab,
right-click while still holding onto the primary mouse button. The tab
will switch.
