When right clicking on an item and then selecting "open with
application", there are many entries such as about 10 instances of "a
wine application", several instances of konqueror, winebrowser, and so
on, and for the majority of entries, remove is grayed out. Why even have
a remove button on the window if it does not work most of the time?
