Public bug reported:
I have set the left windows key to launch the terminal (with
System->Preferences->Keyboard Shortcuts). If I press it once, the terminal pops
up. If I close the terminal using the X and immediately hit the left windows key
to launch it again, it doesn't work. Even if I press it several times after that
it still won't work. It needs some time to pass before the shortcut works again.
I estimate it at about 10 seconds.
This appears to be consistenly reproducible on my system.
