Public bug reported:
Ubuntu's menu system is (almost) fine as long as you use kde or gnome,
other window managers use the "debian" menu (which isn't enabled by
default for eg windowmaker, the user has to manually run "update-
menus"), which is an inconsistent mess (weird categories, random
capitalisation, missing icons,...).
