Confirmed, Minor bug, Alt+C takes you through three different options
instead of closing sound tab directly.
Reproduce:
open gnome-sound-properties
click sound tab
ALT+C
takes you through "Click on Command button" "Choose menu" and then finally alts
to the Close button.
