Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gdm

Both desktop and gdm are showing warty-final-ubuntu.jpg. Only gdm is showing 
the old warty graphic (with the orange dots) and the desktop is showing the new 
proper wallpaper.
The new wallpaper should have replaced the old wallpaper, which it did if I 
look in /usr/share/backgrounds. So where is gdm loading the old graphic from? 
This is not correct...
