Translated and clarified bug. I can also reproduce it in Nautilus 2.32.0
in Maverick so changing the status to Confirmed.

+ 3. Select a file

+ 8. Select the same file as in step 3
+ 9. Press F2

+ Actual behaviour:
+ The full file name, including the dot and extension is highlighted.
