Binary package hint: gnome-system-tools
I changed the time zone in time-admin from UTC to America/Chicago, and I
saw the time change to CST. But the time has not changed in the top
right xfce4-panel. The time in the xfce4-panel till shows UTC time. I
would expect that a change in the time/timezone using time-admin would
have the same effect on the time displayed on the xfce4-panel.
