Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: evolution

I am filing this as a usability issue, having had several customers
reporting their email / folders were gone.

They had collapsed the folders by clicking on the small black triangle
at the beginning of the line but unlike other Gnome apps such a tree
can't be expanded (or collapsed) again by double-clicking anywhere else
on the line.

gconf-editor and Nautilus are two examples of applications that behave
as expected.
