Additional info (please see the comments I posted 1 minute ago) just grabbed the top panel (ALT+LeftMouseDown) - then dragged it to right monitor, then back. Look at the attached image now... strange stuff :) Switching viewports does not seem to mess up the icons, maybe it's only things that redraw the panels / like RDP fullscreen.. (check out the attached file)
