Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: nautilus

this problem started with 10.10 - 10.04 and earlier was all ok
try to move or copy results in
"Error while copying"
-"Invalid argument"
if the file is less than 64kb it will successfully copy but not move despite
the fail dialog
if larger than 64kb then exactly & only 64kb of the file will transfer.

This does not happen in other file managers e.g. "gnome commander"
