Ok, I use  'valgrind gnome-panel' and result is in attached file. When I try to 
run command (see https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Valgrind) :
G_SLICE=always-malloc G_DEBUG=gc-friendly  valgrind -v --tool=memcheck 
--leak-check=full --num-callers=40 --log-file=valgrind.log gnome-panel

the result is: Cannot register the panel shell: there is already one
running.

I don't know how to fully stop gnome-panel and run it with this command.
