Public bug reported:
Binary package hint: empathy
Contacts in "Contact List", manually marked "Favourite" by the user, should
support "show when offline".
This way, i can always see them, whether they are offline, invisible to others
or online.
I also suggest showing favourite contacts in the MeMenu.. Not sure yet
whether all favs should be there or only the 5 "most frequently
contacted" ones, as SeiLo might probably suggest now..
