I confirm this bug on Ubuntu 10.10. I am attaching my debug output for
the same scenario as reported in the bug report. Here is my own account
that reflects the debug trace:

1) I open Rhythmbox
2) I click on "Radio" and then choose a stream to play, for example: 
http://will.atlas.uiuc.edu/media/metafiles/willstream2.asx
3) I cut off the internet connection by right clicking the network-manager 
applet and clicking "Enable Networking"
4) I re-establish the internet connection and click on the "Stop playback" 
button in Rhythmbox.

5) Rhythmbox becomes unresponsive and must be killed.
