Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-settings-daemon
This problem gets worse when I use Pulseaudio-equalizer and I set the premap higher or I use an application with preamp (vlc,...). The steps used to be 1% in 9.10 (which was really perfect), since 10.04 it has changes to some 3 or 5%, which is too much. Solution: This should be possible to change according to the user's needs!!! Or the step set back to 1%.
