Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Gnome panel has a border (at least one pixel) on the edge of the screen.
This means that you cant just 'move the mouse to the top' to open the
menu, you have to aim carefully. This also affects all other panel
applets.

This is bad usability. If border must stay, mouse click should be
redirected to the applet (if there is one, on that position). This is
what some other OS with majority of market share ;) does, and it helps
usability a lot.
