Please sync pango1.0 1.28.3-2 (main) from Debian experimental (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
Debian has approved our changes in experimental. This package built fine
without 13*.patch, so we can drop it.
Other delta is Vcs link, but we always drop this change with for sync.

pango1.0 (1.28.3-2) experimental; urgency=low
* Add gir package, patch from Ubuntu. Closes: #565410.
* debian/rules:
+ Include check-dist.mk to prevent accidental uploads to unstable.
