Binary package hint: empathy
"Contact List" should support "show when offline" for Individuals.
Case: My girlfriend is invisible most of the time, but i know she is connected.
In order to start a conversation with her, i must enable showing ALL offline
contacts, then i can find her somewhere among my 490 contacts.
this could be a checkbox item next to "Favourite"
