You have been subscribed to a public bug:
i set the panel(originally at the buttom of the screen) to the right
side of the screen and add the width of the panel to 100px, but when i
have opened about 10 or more windows, the bars on the panel change their
order frequently(too quick , flicker) between to colum mode to one colum
mode.
