Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: metacity

This is a minor problem that always comes up with I'm maximizing
windows.  My setup is

* dual monitors
* "focus follows mouse" is on

steps to reproduce:
1. open two gnome-terminal windows.
2. drag one from its present monitor to the other, and double click on the
window header to maximize the window
3. mouse over to the other gnome-terminal window, and try and click-drag on the
window header to move it.

ERROR: focus jumps back to the first window, removes the maximized
state, and the mouse begins dragging it.
