Using Brasero 2.32.0 / Ubuntu 10.10
External DVD Writer Model SE-S204 (Samsung WriteMaster) on usb

Got the same problem burning a CD from data on my HD

Select data to burn (single directory with JPEG photos)
about 500Mb of data on a 700Mb CD-R
Brasero says :
Burning CD -->  100% reached
Says "Burn Success"
Then says "Computing checksum for images" --> 100% reached
Says disk ejection ... But also says it cannot eject the disk
Manual ejection
The only solution is to click "Cancel" on the dialog box "Please eject
manually..."

The Burned CD has a file list but images cannot be read

Tried to catch a log :
ludo...@4461w0j-laptop:~$ brasero --brasero-media-debug &> brasero-debug.txt
Immediatly after :
ludo...@4461w0j-laptop:~$ cat brasero-debug.txt
(brasero:5782): Unique-DBus-WARNING **: Error while sending message: Message
did not receive a reply (timeout by message bus)
Retry:
ludo...@4461w0j-laptop:~$ brasero --brasero-media-debug &> brasero-debug.txt
Erreur de segmentation

OOps going to reboot... and test again to get
