Binary package hint: nautilus
If you click Help->Report a Problem in Nautilus, nothing happens. At
least, there is no visible indication that you successfully clicked the
menu entry for over a minute, at which point a 'collecting information'
dialog appears. By this time the user might reasonably have tried
clicking the entry a few times, leading to several bug report windows
all appearing on top of each other.
