Similar behaviour found: To previously mentioned list - USA, Rus, Jpn I add Finnish (Fin).
Switching by keyboard shortcut is not working. I'm adding Right Windows button to layout switching methods. It works to switch - USA -> Rus -> Jpn -> Fin and than not working again.
