I do apologise ... I had swine flue and was not logged in for 4 weeks. Basically, the problem for what ever reason suddenly stopped occurring. I install updates daily, and after it stopped appearing on login I tried without success to recreate the problem, but I have been unsuccessful.
I assure you this was re creatable at the time otherwise I would not have logged it and wasted your valuable time. If I did not get the flue we could have tracked this down.
