Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: vinagre

I am unable to use vinagre as a regular user. I get the following at the
command line:

marcelo@marcelo-laptop:~$ vinagre

** ERROR **: socket() failed
aborting...
Could not attach to process. If your uid matches the uid of the target
process, check the setting of /proc/sys/kernel/yama/ptrace_scope, or try
again as the root user. For more details, see /etc/sysctl.d/10-ptrace.conf
ptrace: Operation not permitted.
/home/marcelo/18927: No such file or directory.
No stack.

Bug buddy is unable to collect the information about the crash.
If I run it as a super user I get:

marcelo@marcelo-laptop:~$ sudo vinagre
[sudo] password for marcelo:

** (vinagre:19927): WARNING **: Resolving failed: Timeout reached

in this way it is able to connect, but it does not save the credentials.
