Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: totem

So, somehow in Maverick Totem's "disable screensaver when playing video"
feature stopped working, at least when the video is paused or over.
Sometimes I watch movies and either fall asleep or leave them paused and
head out for a while, and when I come back I find my screen locked.
After entering my password I'm returned to the video, and I can see the
"leave fullscreen" button in the corner, however when I mouse over it
the button disappears as though I hadn't moved the mouse at all.

Something must be getting inverted somewhere when the (perhaps
unexpected) screensaver comes on and disrupts this.
