Public bug reported:
Tried both evince and okular , they both showing incorrect font encoding
for substitution of Arial Narrow and Tahoma fonts.
File is cyrilic, without embedded fonts.
Evince converts fonts to existing ones, but chooses incorrect encoding,
thus corrupting the output.
When installed ttf fonts from windows (tahoma and arial narrow), file
shows up corectly
