Me temo que eso puede ser lo que ha ocurrido. Estaba husmeando en el menú, y como el botón de mi ratón falla es posible que se soltase al pasar por encima de esta opción.
Vi aparecer la ventana de enviar informe de error y pensando que había ocurrido un error le di a enviar. De ser así, este informe puede borrarse sin problemas. No soy consciente de que haya ocurrido un error en realidad. Un saludo.
