The "Disk Usage Analyzer" application is missing from the applications
place.

There appears to be a problem with the way that Unity applications place
uses .desktop files...

The /usr/share/applications/baobab.desktop and
~/.local/share/applications/baobab.desktop files both exist, but Unity
ignores them - the "Disk Usage Analyzer" application is missing from the
applications place.

If I put a copy of baobab.desktop in ~/.local/share/applications and
change the Categories line then the "Disk Usage Analyzer" application IS
shown in the applications place. See the npw.baobab.desktop file
attached.

Having to find and edit .desktop files is well beyond the capabilities
of many users.

Missing applications is an important drawback for an application
launcher!
