Anton, they are dups of each other. I marked that one as a duplicate of this since it is a little more active.
Also I didn't mention this before but the reason this has not been fixed is because poppler is in main, so all of its build-deps must be in main, libopenjpeg is not in main so that needs to get put in main first.
