Binary package hint: gnome-utils

Steps to reproduce:
 1. Run gnome-screenshot -i
 2. Choose "Select area to grab" option
 3. Select area (as you do this there is visual indication of the area)
 4. Look at the file - note that the shaded area is included in the image 
produced
