Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-terminal

After copying text from the chat history in an open Empathy conversation
I am unable to paste the results into gnome-terminal.

Pasting seems to work fine in most other applications. Thus a workaround
is to paste the text into a plain-text field (something like gedit) and
then paste from there.

It seems to be something with the way these two applications interact.
I'm wondering if rich-text contents are not being handled properly by
gnome-terminal or if empathy is not correctly setting the plain-text
version of the clipboard.

Using klipper I get a odd result if trying to "edit" the clipboard: the
edit box is empty despite the klipper menu showing the cut text.
