Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: rhythmbox

Description: Ubuntu 10.10
Release: 10.10

rhythmbox:
  Installed: 0.13.1-0ubuntu6.1
  Candidate: 0.13.1-0ubuntu6.1
  Version table:
 *** 0.13.1-0ubuntu6.1 0

     0.13.1-0ubuntu5 0

When a new playlist is created, Rhythmbox moved to the work space to the Right.
If it was at the 4th and final workspace, it looped back to the first. The
Playlist was still created. I tried Creating it with Crtl + n, Music ->
Playlist -> New Playlsit, and by clicking and draging the music into an empty
space below the playlists. All had the same result
