Public bug reported:

Binary package hint: gnome-session

According to http://blog.canonical.com/?p=528 the next primary version
of Ubuntu will be "Ubuntu 11.04" not "Ubuntu Desktop Edition 11.04."
"Desktop edition" is ambiguous terminology when a majority of new
computers sold are laptops, not "desktops". The GDM session switcher
should reflect this decision and replace the text in the GDM switcher
with a clearer description.

I recommend "Ubuntu" or "Unity" for the new default interface and
"Ubuntu Classic" for the old default.

See http://i.imgur.com/lFmMj.png for a screenshot of the current GDM
switcher.
