I have a feeling this is same issue as in 407585 but I does not know enough about system. For me it is a great annoyance.
After every reboot the keyboard applet shows my chosen Danish keyboard layout but the actual keyboard layout is USA. At least it is consistent with Show current layout which correctly shows what is used. I then have to switch to USA and then back to Denmark to get correct layout. After every reboot I have to repeat this... Another issue probably related to this problem is if I delete USA keyboard layout so only Denmark exists then after next reboot USA keyboard layout appear again.
