Apport is enabled, it starts, but says it can not report this kind of
crashes. Crash file is there, named _usr_bin_yelp.1000.crash, but
ubuntu-bug can not send it. It says:
The problem cannot be reported:
The program crashed on an assertion failure, but the message could not be
retrieved. Apport does not support reporting these crashes.
