still no attention to this?????????? I don't understand... the
algorhythm is  as old as scrolling itself. and actully there is a window
in gnome where this is already happening. this is the "about gnome"
window. so obviously, the algorhthm exists in gnome. so why not to apply
this also for any other window? it wouldn't need te be enabled by
default, it would do if it was just possible. but it hasn't occured to
anybody to make it so far.... :(
