sorry a little mis-understanding about the bug, I thought it was about
the dash showing main menu(alacarte) in the search(which it does). So
should alacarte come in dash search results ?
Also affecting alacarte(package) as something like what was done with
gnome-control-center to only show in Dash might need to be done to
alacarte.
